Terms and Conditions
TRANSACTION ACCEPTANCE POLICY: ProfessorRecycle.org will pay full or partial value if the handset(s) sent are in the condition(s) as outlined below. The shipment or sale to ProfessorRecycle.org of your handset(s) confirms your acceptance of our price and condition offer.

CONDITION OF HANDSET(S)
In order to qualify for FULL payment all handset(s) must be in working condition. They will power-up and make a test call. They must not be physically damaged, reported lost/stolen, or water damaged; have broken LCDs; or have any malfunctioning parts. Cases should be complete and unbroken. All handset(s) shall have a valid ESN or IMEI. 

 We pay something for everything, any cell phones or electronics will be priced accordingly. These units will be recycled or refurbished. 

Please include the battery and, if possible, the charger. Accessories, such as ear phones and manuals, are not necessary. Please dispose of these items properly.

Condition Requirements:
• Each cell phone has to be in working condition to receive full price.
• Each cell phone must have a valid Electronic Serial Number.
• Please include battery and battery door (if applicable). If possible, include the charger. The price of the phone will stay the same if a charger is not included.
• Payment will be made within 20–25 days of the verification of cell phone(s).
• If any cell phones do not meet the purchase criteria they will be subject 30% of the price listed.
• Don't forget to remove your sim card(s) from your phone(s), delete any phone numbers or personal information, and deactivate any service plans. Should any airtime charges be accrued, it is the responsibility of the original user and service provider to resolve payment issues.

Working phones are phones that power up, have an undamaged LCD screen, are able to make a test call, are not cracked or otherwise damaged and are not locked by a pin number.

Non-Working phones are physically damaged, reported lost/stolen, or water damaged; have broken LCDs; or have any malfunctioning parts. Also phone(s) that do not have a valid ESN or IMEI will be considered non-working.

 
CELL PHONES SERVICE
It is the responsibility of the user to discontinue service on handsets recycled to ProfessorRecycle.org before initiating a transaction. ProfessorRecycle.org is not responsible for previous or subsequent airtime charges accrued prior, during, or after any transaction. Should any airtime charges be accrued, it is the responsibility of the original user and service provider to resolve payment issues.

If desired, it is the responsibility of the user to remove any and all personal information from all phone memory and removable memory including, but not limited to, phone book entries, personal codes, e-mail addresses, personal addresses, IM addresses, photos, and downloaded files. Any personal information including, but not limited to, the aforementioned data could be used in a negative manner. ProfessorRecycle.org will put forth all possible efforts to clear all data from all cell phones. 

Shipping

ProfessorRecycle.org offers FREE shipping an all transactions. The shipping service that we use is DHL. However, if you unable to use DHL for any reason we will reimburse the amount that you spent using any shipping service of your choice. As a requirement, you must send with your package a receipt of the shipment so we can accurately reimburse you. 

PRICING:

Non-working phones or phones with excessive damage will be credited at a reduced rate, 30% of the working phone prices. 

Phones that DO NOT power on and phones with excessive cosmetic wear will be credited at a reduced rate, 50% of the working phone prices.

Any phone(s) not listed will be priced competitively. ProfessorRecycle.org will try to give something for everything.
